:: The export of domestically manufactured products without their departing form Brazilian territory is allowed when the payment is made in an exchangeable foreign currency and when the sale is made to:

I. A company based overseas, to be used exclusively in research activities and exploration of oil and natural gas reserves.

II. A company based overseas, to be entirely incorporated into a final product that will be exported to Brazil;

III. A foreign State agency or international organization of which Brazil is a member, to be delivered in the destination country on the purchaser's orders.
